    1025 Johnson Street is an example of how strong partnerships can meet the needs of a city through thoughtful planning, investment and trust. This 12 storey building incorporates affordable rental homes above Class-A commercial office space and Victoria’s first post-disaster public safety facility.

    • The 130 affordable rental homes represent the largest purpose-built project of its kind in Victoria’s recent history and will be owned and managed by Pacifica Housing in partnership with BC Housing. The innovative public safety facility is being built on behalf of the City of Victoria to enhance safety and emergency responsiveness in the city.

      1025 Johnson is the first development phase of Johnson|Cook|Yates, a new master planned community in downtown Victoria. Johnson|Cook|Yates will be a welcoming urban village with new homes, workplaces and gathering spaces that will provide convenience, comfort, recreation and affordability to the growing Harris Green neighbourhood.
