This 45,000 square foot, six-storey, Class-A office building was designed to a LEED Gold Standard. Located in the Harris Green neighbourhood of downtown Victoria, the building includes a combination of office and retail space along Fort Street, with the addition of ground floor residential suites along Meares Street.

Designed by dHKarchitects, the building utilizes brick and high-efficiency glass to maintain the brick heritage theme of the downtown core and received the VREB Merit Award for Commercial – Office. The building also features two green roofs, secure bike storage, 2.5 levels of underground parking, multiple exterior balconies, and a fitness centre equipped with showering facilities.
